Advised on the concept and ultimate execution of a private boutique, full service condominium designed by Selldorf Architects with private parking in a forward thinking building that evoked the history of cast iron architecture.

Worked closely with Selldorf Architects to create a finished model apartment and sales environment in the building prior to completion. A high touch individual experience with personalized presentation specific to the client was created before, during, and after the sales experience.
