Prior to closing of the site, CORE worked on concept and feasibility of the site as a residential development. Collaborated on unit mix, floorplans, amenities, architecture, interior finishes and configuration of the building.
Marketing
Created a fictitious character that evoked the spirit of the project who resonated with the buyer and became a spokesman for the project across multi media formats including film for local movie theaters, social media campaign, interactive events, website, on-set and gallery experiences.
Sales
Staffed the sales center with Chelsea’s top producing team and sold 100% of available apartments.
